Description

You will provide technical support for civil engineering software workflows, ensuring smooth implementation and deployment of core tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support MicroStation, ProjectWise, and OpenRoads Designer implementations and deployments.
• Create and deploy software packages for engineering teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for CADD tools and civil engineering software.
• Guide end users through hardware, software, and technology analysis to resolve issues.
• Exercise logic and reasoning to define problems and draw conclusions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years supporting enterprise software implementations, specifically MicroStation, ProjectWise, and OpenRoads Designer.
• 5+ years of experience creating and deploying software packages.
• Expertise in CADD tools and civil engineering software support.
• Familiarity with CADD and TxDOT environments.
• Proven ability to exercise logic and reasoning to define problems and draw conclusions.
• Experience providing technical guidance to end users.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years working on TxDOT CADD/Engineering projects.
• Experience using AI tools to gain efficiencies in Digital Delivery.
