Description

You will provide application-level support and monitoring for eCommerce solutions, operating on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applications and configure alerts for specific threshold values.
• Perform root cause analysis by investigating log files to resolve technical issues.
• Write SQL queries to interact with databases and troubleshoot data-related problems.
• Manage support requests within a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application support (infrastructure support excluded).
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and managing database tasks.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis via log file inspection.
• Experience working within eCommerce environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Availability to work 24/7 on a rotating shift basis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP Hybris.
