You will provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users in an enterprise network environment.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT service or help desk operations experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with MS operating systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise network environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and share knowledge with the team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
