Description

You provide first and second-level support for LIMS, Polarion, and Sustainability applications, ensuring system stability and user productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve user queries for LIMS, Polarion, and related quality systems.
• Monitor system health, performance, and alerts while performing routine maintenance and configuration updates.
• Manage the user support lifecycle via ServiceNow, JIRA, and Service Desk, prioritizing issues by business impact.
• Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance, including audit trails and electronic signatures.
• Collaborate with vendors for advanced troubleshooting and support change management processes during go-lives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT application support, preferably in Quality, Laboratory, or Manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on support experience with LIMS and Polarion platforms.
• Proficiency with ITIL processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Ability to work in a global matrix environment with cross-time-zone support needs.

Preferred Skills

• Integration knowledge between LIMS, Polarion, and other Quality/ERP/Sustainability systems.
• Basic scripting or SQL knowledge for querying data and generating reports.
• Certifications in ITIL Foundation, Polarion Administrator/User, or LIMS-related training.
