Description

You will manage workstation lifecycles and provide multi-tier technical support for hardware and software environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute workstation lifecycle refreshes, including configuring, imaging, and installing peripherals and application software.
• Manage user accounts, Exchange email boxes, and Outlook profiles via Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware, application software, internet connectivity, and anti-virus issues.
• Deploy security patches and policies using management tools.
• Collaborate with Tier-3/4 teams for workstation imaging and re-imaging processes.
• Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 helpdesk support, including remote installations and VIP assistance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management and consoles.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM, Bomgar, and Client tools.
• Strong background in helpdesk and technical troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with ITIL V4, Microsoft, and Cloud technologies.
• Ability to work onsite in the Washington, DC area as needed.
