Description

You will provide application support for distributed technologies and manage software maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software components using debugging and defect fixing techniques.
• Deploy fixes to lower environments, perform testing, and promote code to higher environments.
• Manage service requests and changes using ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure consistent application support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application support on distributed technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Core Java development.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow, SDLC, and Change Management processes.
• Working knowledge of VMware.
