Description

You will provide level 1, 2, and 3 technical support to the end user community under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and tickets from initial report through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user issues as they arise.
• Install, expand, and configure operating systems, software applications, and service packs.
• Perform software and hardware upgrades, routine maintenance, and system monitoring.
• Test new operating systems and applications prior to production implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Deep expertise supporting Windows operating systems.
• Broad knowledge of computer software applications and desktop systems.
• Experience managing large PC environments.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within a 24x7x3NA shift rotation.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
