Description

You will provide technical support for IBM Maximo, focusing on system performance, configurations, and custom workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Maximo environments and troubleshoot system errors to minimize downtime.
• Develop and modify Python/Cython scripts to automate tasks and enhance system functionality.
• Maintain and customize Maximo workflows to align with evolving business processes.
• Act as the primary technical contact for end-users regarding Maximo modules, including Work Management, Inventory, and Asset Management.
• Document all support activities, system changes, and resolution steps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or system administration.
• Proficiency in Python and Cython scripting for automation and data handling.
• Experience with IBM Maximo system maintenance, including patching and upgrades.
• Ability to develop automation scripts for data imports, exports, and report generation.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Maximo integrations and connectivity issues.
• Skill in testing and debugging workflows and Maximo configurations.
• Any Graduate degree.
