Description

Provide MEDITECH Expanse expertise and Tier 1 support during large-scale hospital go-live implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver "at the elbow" support for MEDITECH Expanse to interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, allied health, physicians, and unit clerks.
• Execute a train-the-trainer approach to cross-train Clinical Information Specialists and staff on MEDITECH Expanse workflows.
• Optimize learning content for long-term sustainment, including classroom materials, just-in-time training, and e-learns.
• Support readiness for long-term system sustainment through process and workflow training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven expertise with MEDITECH Expanse.
• Experience providing Tier 1 support within a clinical environment.
• Ability to work with AutoDesk EAGLE and develop training strategies.
• Experience working with any graduate level education.
• Must be a Canadian Resident, Permanent Resident, or Citizen.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within BC Healthcare environments.
• Background in large-scale clinical transformation or clinical information system implementations.
• Experience working within large organizations.
