Description

You provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft customers, focusing on Azure data services and database infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production support for Big Data environments in on-premise and cloud settings.
• Design and build data pipelines using API, ingestion, and streaming methods.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL Services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of database systems including MongoDB, MS SQL, and NoSQL.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience with databases: MongoDB, MS SQL, and NoSQL.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure services: Data Factory, Synapse, and SQL.
• Expert-level understanding of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL Services.
• Knowledge of Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Proven experience in technical support roles (minimum 3 years).
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data ingestion and streaming architectures.
• Background in supporting large-scale Big Data production environments.
