Description

You will handle technical ticket resolution and system monitoring within a NOC environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical tickets and provide regular status reporting.
• Identify common ticket patterns to implement permanent fixes.
• Perform log analysis to troubleshoot application and system issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and present script findings.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support or NOC role.
• Proficiency in Java and .NET environments.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with log analysis for troubleshooting.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of networking basics.
• Ability to perform script presentation and technical documentation.
