You will support and maintain Big Data operations in AWS for market regulation activities, ensuring smooth data workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor batch processing, data execution, and SQL queries to maintain operational stability.
• Automate data monitoring and management tasks using Python scripting and SQL.
• Operate and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, including EC2, Lambda, Virtual Machines, and Container Instances.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems, including patching and application deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and implement automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or support roles in a production environment.
• Proficiency with AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong skills in Python and PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with SQL, including query development and optimization for Postgres or Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of batch scheduling tools such as JAMS or AutoSys.
• Experience managing workload automation and big data operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and manage Windows and Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud services and Container Instances.
• Background in market regulation or compliance-driven data environments.
