Description

You will manage daily technical support activities, server management, and user identity lifecycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 accounts, including Exchange migrations, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists.
• Manage user identities through Active Directory group attributes and Azure AD administration.
• Execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including client system configuration within domain networks.
• Resolve technical issues related to MS Outlook, VPN clients, authentication, and MFA administration.
• Handle hardware and connectivity tasks including network printers and folder access permissions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD and Active Directory.
• Practical knowledge of SCCM and VMware.
• Experience managing Windows 10 environments and domain network configurations.
• Ability to use ticketing tools to manage and resolve user issues.
• Competency in troubleshooting VPN connectivity and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).
