You will build custom integrations using n8n and Node.js while providing direct technical support and user documentation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom integrations using n8n and Node.js.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and provide direct user support.
• Deliver technical support to ensure smooth application operations.
• Create clear, user-friendly documentation for FAQs and known issues.
• Collaborate with the founder on new feature development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Expertise in n8n workflow automation.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React and Next.js.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM.
