Description

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft customers, focusing on big data production environments in on-premise and cloud settings. You will own the resolution of complex issues involving database systems and Azure data services.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure data platforms and database systems.
• Design and build data pipelines using API, ingestion, and streaming methods.
• Support big data production environments across on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Apply deep knowledge of Azure SQL Managed Instance and No SQL databases.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience with databases, specifically MongoDB, MS SQL, and No SQL.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL Services.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support roles.
• Expert-level understanding of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL Services.
• Ability to design and build data pipelines using API, ingestion, and streaming methods.
• Strong knowledge of Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Experience supporting big data production environments (on-premise or cloud).

Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with diverse No SQL database implementations.
