Description

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Azure data platform customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot database issues across MongoDB, MS SQL, and NoSQL environments.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents involving Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL Services.
• Support the design and building of data pipelines using API, ingestion, and streaming methods.
• Maintain and support big data production systems in on-premise and cloud settings.
• Provide expert-level assistance for Azure SQL Managed Instance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database support and administration.
• Deep knowledge of MongoDB, MS SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Expert understanding of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL Services.
• Experience with Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing support.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data pipeline and streaming architectures.
• Experience supporting big data production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both on-premise and cloud-based big data support.
