Description

You will own the full lifecycle of customer technical issues, from initial report through to final resolution, within a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problems to identify effective solutions.
• Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance through written and verbal communication.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously based on defined priority levels.
• Follow standard procedures and policies to escalate issues to appropriate internal teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk, or a similar role.
• Proven experience using ticketing tools and documentation software.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues and desktop applications.
• Strong researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical instruction.
• Experience working in a 24/7 rotational shift model.
• Any Graduate degree.
