Description

You will manage IT infrastructure and perform systems administration to meet strict service level commitments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure elements according to service deliverables and SLAs.
• Support infrastructure applications and complex systems to ensure service continuity.
• Handle incidents, crises, and multiple competing priorities to ensure logical closure of escalations.
• Test, install, and support new infrastructure elements while maintaining technical documentation.
• Provide proactive solutions to clients to enhance overall service performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and complex systems.
• Strong incident handling and crisis management capabilities.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and progress reports for clients.
• Experience meeting strict service level agreements (SLAs).
• Technical Support expertise.
