Description

You will provide technical support for legacy enterprise systems, focusing on JD Edwards and iSeries environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support JD Edwards applications running on iSeries environments.
• Troubleshoot issues within Mainframe and AS/400 systems.
• Maintain system stability for iSeries and JD Edwards integrations.
• Resolve technical queries related to legacy infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional support experience.
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE).
• Direct experience running JDE on iSeries/AS400 platforms.
• Proficiency with AS/400 and iSeries environments.
• Experience supporting Mainframe systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any field.
