Description

You provide L2/L3 technical support for enterprise .NET and Java applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for customer issues and escalations.
• Resolve technical issues related to .NET Framework 4.0, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework.
• Troubleshoot web applications hosted on IIS and Java application servers like Tomcat or JBOSS.
• Manage database maintenance and performance tuning using SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift, or PostgreSQL.
• Perform Linux-based service troubleshooting and manage Samba shares.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical support or application engineering.
• Proficiency with .NET Framework 4.0, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, SSMS, Oracle, Redshift, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with IIS and Java application servers such as Tomcat or JBOSS.
• Ability to troubleshoot Linux environments using shell scripting (Bash or equivalent).
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Samba shares.
• Working knowledge of J Shuttle and Shamba.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Informatica and ETL processes.
