Description

You will provide technical support for complex, distributed applications and containerized environments.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot issues within complex, distributed application architectures.
  • Manage and maintain container orchestration using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Debug networking components including DNS, load balancing, and ingress controllers.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and API integrations to ensure deployment stability.
  • Analyze and resolve database performance issues and query errors.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of professional experience in technical support or DevOps roles.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations.
  • Proficiency with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, and Firewalls.
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex database queries.
