Description

You will provide technical support for complex, distributed applications and containerized environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues within distributed application architectures.
• Manage and support container orchestration using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Debug networking issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and ingress controllers.
• Maintain and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Resolve database performance issues and troubleshoot SQL or Oracle queries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in technical support or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations.
• Proficiency with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and Load Balancing.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub.
• Ability to troubleshoot SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with firewall and ingress controller configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
