Description

You will provide L1/L2 support for business-critical applications running on AS400.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for AS400-based applications.
• Monitor jobs, batches, queues, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Handle P1/P2 production issues and coordinate with technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AS400 (IBM i) / Mainframe support.
• Experience in Application & Production Support (L1/L2).
• Knowledge of job scheduling, batch processing, and incident management.
• Proficiency in German (C1 minimum).
• Experience with As400.
• Experience with System Performance monitoring.
