Description

You will provide technical support and administration for Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Azure Active Directory.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot major M365 applications, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Administer Azure Active Directory and implement security features.
• Optimize the customer support experience through continuous technical improvement.
• Collaborate with technical experts to resolve complex configuration and security issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
• Direct experience managing Exchange Online or SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance, specifically Azure Active Directory Premium.
• Experience with Cloud App Security and Azure Information Protection.
• Understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Retention, and Classification.
• Familiarity with auditing processes within the M365 ecosystem.
