You will handle production support and technical issue resolution for the platform.

Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Support integrations utilizing REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• Analyze system behavior and apply basic SQL queries to diagnose problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON data structures.
• Proficiency in debugging complex software issues.
• Familiarity with webhook implementation.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
