Description

You will provide L2 technical support, troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical and software systems to ensure optimal performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist field engineers in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues.
• Debug and repair electro-mechanical equipment and computer systems.
• Troubleshoot software issues and networked wireless systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in L2 support engineering.
• Expertise in system troubleshooting and technical support.
• Strong skills in system debugging.
• Experience with network systems.
• Proficiency in software support.

Preferred Skills

• Background in electro-mechanical systems.
