You will ensure the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of next-generation Payments platform systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and performance across complex payment systems driving business operations.
• Resolve complex production issues using diverse technology stacks and tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot complex payment systems to ensure continuous business operations.
• Partner with Software Development Engineers to provide comprehensive technical support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Strong experience with Linux environments and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with Scripting and SOA concepts.
• Demonstrated ability in debugging complex systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Android, Perl, or Ruby.
• Experience with logging systems or data analytics platforms.
