Description

You will own the production support and incident management for cloud-native applications, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage production incidents and troubleshoot issues across AWS infrastructure and Linux environments.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
• Support PySpark applications and validate data integrity using SQL.
• Monitor system health using CloudWatch and optimize cloud operations.
• Track and resolve tickets using ServiceNow and Jira.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical support or cloud operations.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, and VPC.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting and automation.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience with PySpark application support.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certifications.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• ITIL certification or Agile experience.
