You will support and maintain Windows and Linux platforms across enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, configure, build, and maintain Windows and Linux platforms based on requirements.
• Deploy infrastructure and software adhering to established change management processes.
• Provide L2 operational support for Windows/Linux platforms and underlying infrastructure.
• Implement and operate technical solutions in collaboration with the team.
• Document evolving services, systems, applications, and procedures, and share technical knowledge.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience supporting Windows platforms (bare metal and Hypervisor VMs) in an Enterprise setting.
• Strong administration experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Strong administration and OS deployment experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• 5+ years experience in troubleshooting complex OS and performance issues.
• 4+ years experience in Windows administration and Windows Server.
• 4+ years experience in Linux administration.
• 4+ years professional experience with Server Virtualization (VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with ITIL and operational change management principles.
