Description

You will manage infrastructure and application monitoring to ensure system stability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor scheduled infrastructure and application alerts via email or tools like SolarWinds and New Relic.
• Coordinate with relevant teams via email or chat based on alert criticality.
• Follow up on active alerts and communicate status updates to stakeholders until resolution.
• Optimize alert configurations continuously to reduce noise and unnecessary notifications.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or monitoring roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or New Relic.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts on a rotational basis.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (BTech/BE/MTech/MCA).
• Open to candidates from non-IT/Computer engineering streams looking to enter the IT sector.
