You will resolve user-reported issues and maintain application stability through code fixes and technical troubleshooting.

3+ years of coding experience in C# and ASP.NET.

Responsibilities

• Fix issues reported by users and perform application enhancements using .NET technologies.
• Triage incident tickets to L2/L3 teams and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
• Conduct sanity checks for application upgrades, patching, and planned business activities.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for P0/P1 critical issues and draft Knowledge Articles or SOPs for recurring problems.
• Manage outage communications, providing customers with downtime alerts and resolution ETAs.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of coding experience in C# and ASP.NET.
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, LINQ, and WCF.
• Experience with REST API development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including writing queries, T-SQL, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or Remedy ticketing tools.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
• Experience with data analysis and data migration tasks.
• Familiarity with MVC, MVP, MVVM, or MDDM design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSRS and SSIS.
