Description

You will configure and maintain Five9 Cloud Contact Center integrations, ensuring high availability and performance for inbound and outbound call flows, IVRs, ACDs, and routing strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations between Five9 and enterprise applications using REST APIs and Web Services.
• Integrate Five9 with CRM platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ServiceNow.
• Automate agent provisioning, user management, and campaign configuration through Five9 APIs.
• Build real-time and batch data integrations for call records, agent metrics, and analytics.
• Troubleshoot API integrations and implement SSO and authentication mechanisms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Five9 Cloud Contact Center.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ServiceNow.
• Expertise in Web Services and API development (REST).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and secure access mechanisms.
• Ability to design scalable contact center solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom application integrations and event-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of webhooks and real-time data processing.
