Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 application support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues within defined SLAs.
• Support AI-enabled applications using Python-based services and agentic AI capabilities.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across AWS-hosted applications and related components.
• Investigate database-related incidents by analyzing and troubleshooting SQL queries and relational data issues.
• Escalate incidents appropriately and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to implement permanent fixes.

Skills Required:

• 3 - 6 years of experience in application support / production support
• AWS (hands-on experience supporting production workloads)
• Python (debugging and support for Python-based services)
• SQL (strong relational database troubleshooting)
• Agentic AI (supporting AI-enabled application behavior)

Good to Have:

• DevOps practices and tooling exposure
• Networking fundamentals for troubleshooting

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience)
