Description

You will resolve complex technical issues involving multiple product components and drive incident resolution through collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex product issues using event logs and performance traces to provide remediation.
• Partner with engineering and product groups to investigate bugs, report business impact, and drive code or configuration fixes.
• Create technical articles and knowledge base content for internal and customer-facing use.
• Analyze problem patterns to optimize support workflows and identify readiness needs.
• Mentor other engineers and implement end-to-end readiness programs including triage leadership and technical content creation.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Linux administration and Open Source Software.
• Proficiency in shell environments including BASH, sh, tcsh, or ksh.
• Strong understanding of network topologies and protocols including DNS, HTTPS, SSH, and TCP.
• 2+ years of experience with Operating Systems and Virtualization.
• Experience performing complex product troubleshooting and remediation.
• Ability to communicate technical status and best practices to customers.
• Any Graduate degree.
