Description

Provide L3 technical support for Python applications and MongoDB databases, focusing on incident resolution and system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex production incidents to ensure minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and monitoring tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to critical issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Document troubleshooting steps and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in L3 support or similar technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and scripting.
• Experience with the FastAPI framework.
• In-depth knowledge of MongoDB.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data streaming concepts.
• Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, and incident management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
