Description

You will provide technical support for distributed web-based applications using the .NET stack.

Responsibilities

• Debug, triage, and fix defects within the codebase.
• Test and deploy web applications through CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, log, and trace system behavior using open source and enterprise tools.
• Define and articulate non-functional requirements for product development.
• Apply performance engineering and web security best practices to existing systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and support roles.
• Proficiency with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Experience with nHibernate, Entity Framework, and RESTful applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Cloud Patterns.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of messaging queue tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience working within Agile software engineering methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Background in product-based development environments.
