Description

You will provide technical support for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mobile application issues using Xcode and Android Studio.
• Manage technical tickets and documentation within Jira and Confluence.
• Utilize Git for version control and code investigation.
• Support development workflows across Objective-C, Swift, Java, and Kotlin environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or mobile development.
• Proficiency in iOS development using Objective-C and Swift.
• Proficiency in Android development using Java and Kotlin.
• Experience with Xcode and Android Studio.
• Working knowledge of Git.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or EAD holder.
• Must be local to San Jose, CA.
• Active LinkedIn profile.
