Description

You will lead technical support efforts within an active trading environment, focusing on engineering, deploying, and sustaining end-user systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, deploy, and maintain desktop solutions, applications, and management tools throughout their lifecycle.
• Mentor technology professionals and collaborate on solutions built on Microsoft technologies.
• Manage technical projects, ensuring milestones and target completion dates are met.
• Install, configure, and test operating systems and hardware to optimize performance.
• Provide technical support for VOIP, SIP video conferencing, and enterprise infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure experience supporting end-user systems.
• 2+ years of experience engineering and implementing end-user systems in an enterprise environment.
• Administration-level knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell for system management.
• Experience with Python, Visual Basic, and VBScript.
• Familiarity with JIRA and MDM/MAM solutions.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system security.
• Knowledge of desktop and server hardware performance optimization.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for night and weekend on-call rotations and light travel.

Preferred Skills

• MCP, MCSE, or CCNA certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science.
