Description

You will provide technical support for Windows laptops and desktops, ensuring minimal downtime for end users.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows devices.
• Manage Microsoft Office and O365 configurations and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues and coordinate with vendors for complex escalations.
• Track IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records using ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or desktop engineering.
• Proficient in SCCM and Intune for device management and deployment.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and asset tracking.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking principles and troubleshooting.
• Ability to support mobile operating systems including iOS and Android.
• Experience setting up Teams meetings and video conferencing hardware.
• Effective communication skills with a user-centric approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting VIP users in high-visibility environments.
