Description

You will provide technical support and resolve complex application issues for customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Delphi-based applications and MS SQL Server databases via email, phone, and remote sessions.
• Analyze logs and replicate bugs to provide detailed reports to the development team.
• Assist with software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Document support cases, solutions, and best practices in the internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
• Proven experience with Delphi (Object Pascal) development and debugging.
• Strong knowledge of Firebird SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and client-server architecture.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS.
• Exposure to REST APIs and web services.
