Description

You provide L1/L2 support for software applications and supply chain systems, managing database replication and resolving technical issues through log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for supply chain software applications.
• Manage database replication and query MS SQL Server databases.
• Analyze real-time event-based log files to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with the software support team and engineering groups on assigned projects.
• Support clients autonomously while maintaining established technical standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional support experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for database management and querying.
• Experience with Python and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server and database replication.
• Understanding of middleware and basic networking principles.
• Experience working with supply chain systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to mechatronics including Siemens PLC and Scada solutions.
