You provide technical support and build integrations for the applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom integrations using n8n and Node.js.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and provide direct user support.
• Deliver technical support to ensure smooth application operations.
• Create clear, user-friendly documentation for FAQs and known issues.
• Collaborate with the founder on new feature development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in n8n.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cursor or Claude Code.
• Knowledge of React, Next.js, or PostgreSQL.
