Description

You provide L1/L2 support for supply chain software and manage database replication.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for supply chain applications.
• Manage database replication and query MS SQL Server.
• Analyze real-time event-based logs to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with engineering groups on assigned projects.
• Support clients autonomously while maintaining technical standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional support experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for database management.
• Experience with Python and PowerShell scripting.
• Troubleshooting across Windows and Linux OS.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server and database replication.
• Understanding of middleware and basic networking.
• Experience with supply chain systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to mechatronics, Siemens PLC, and Scada solutions.
