Description

You will serve as the frontline technical resource for customers and partners via phone, email, or web. You will resolve user inquiries regarding software or hardware operations and perform remote software installations and hardware testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute commands and monitor system functioning to detect errors and verify operations.
• Conduct computer diagnostics and read technical manuals to investigate and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to manage the customer experience from identification to resolution.
• Perform remote software installations and hardware testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with scripting and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of experience with data technology, specifically SQL or ADF.
• 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Reader.
• Knowledge of configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating systems, and internet directory services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Associate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training.
