Description

Manage technical issues and ticket resolution within a large-scale OSS program. Collaborate with architecture, vendor, and operations teams to ensure tickets close according to SLA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage fault management systems and integrate southbound network elements.
• Map and configure protocols for network integration, including SNMP, CORBA, SOAP, and REST.
• Maintain technical relationships with regional teams, equipment vendors, and contractor support partners.
• Apply knowledge of OSS Service Assurance FCAPS domains and Fault Management.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of total professional experience.
• 2-3 years as an SME for a large-scale OSS program.
• Proficiency with Unix, Linux, and SQL.
• Experience with protocol mapping and configuration.
• Knowledge of OSS COTS products (IBM Tivoli Netcool, TEMIP, SolarWinds, or Comarch NGSA).
• Minimum 5 years of residency in Germany.
• Ability to obtain Anti Sabotage Security clearance in Germany.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of NFV/SDN technology, orchestration, and containers (Docker, Pivotal).
• Experience with TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, TAM) and Microservices Architecture.
• Familiarity with Cloud, Big Data, AI, and analytics.
