Description

You will manage IT service operations using ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT service workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor system performance and health using Dynatrace.
• Analyze logs and system data through Splunk to identify issues.
• Support IT Service Management processes to ensure service continuity.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Dynatrace.
• Experience with Splunk.
• Any Graduate degree.
