Description

You will provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration equipment.
• Perform installations, configurations, upgrades, and break-fix activities, including hardware replacements and conference room technology support.
• Respond to incidents and service requests in alignment with SLAs, delivering white-glove support for executive users.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory through equipment tagging, tracking, imaging, deployment, and refresh cycle coordination.
• Log and manage incidents in the ITSM platform, escalating complex issues and contributing troubleshooting documentation to the knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support, field services, or technical support roles.
• Proficiency in supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Hands-on experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage end-user support activities and collaborate with remote teams and vendors.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
