Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for application incidents and service disruptions.

• Support operational tasks across Linux/UNIX environments.
• Use Awk and SED for text parsing, log analysis, and data extraction.

Skills Required:

• 4 to 8 years of relevant application support or production support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in production support and incident resolution.
• Proficiency in shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and command-line operations.
• Ability to analyze logs and support application issue resolution in production.
