Job Responsibilities include:
Provide end-to-end desktop support including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
Perform deskside and remote support for Windows, Mac systems, printers, and enterprise applications (O365, Zscaler).
Manage desktop imaging, deployment, and configuration using SCCM and Intune.
Design and implement SCCM infrastructure and support migration from legacy tools.
Investigate and resolve incidents while ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
6–8 years of experience in desktop support, system administration, or IT infrastructure.
Strong expertise in SCCM/Intune design, implementation, and migration from legacy tools, including Windows environment management.
Hands-on experience supporting Windows/Mac systems, O365, Zscaler troubleshooting, and delivering end-user support in enterprise environments
