Description

Provide end-to-end desktop and IT infrastructure support for Windows and Mac environments, managing hardware, software, and network issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform deskside and remote support for Windows/Mac systems, printers, and enterprise applications including O365 and Zscaler.
• Manage desktop imaging, deployment, and configuration using SCCM and Intune.
• Design and implement SCCM infrastructure, supporting migration from legacy tools.
• Investigate and resolve incidents to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in desktop support, system administration, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in SCCM/Intune design, implementation, and legacy migration.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows and Mac systems.
• Experience supporting O365 and Zscaler in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure management and system upgrades.
• Ability to manage desktop imaging and configuration processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives in IT operations.
